如果您正在試圖檢測一個數(shù)量極少的抗原特異性T 細(xì)胞群，您就會理解擁有一個敏感、準(zhǔn)確、并能產(chǎn)生可重復(fù)性結(jié)果的研究工具的重要性，而這正是Pro5® 五聚體所能提供的。五聚體與具有某特定特異性（由主要組織相容性復(fù)合物(MHC) 等位基因和肽的組合決定）的T 細(xì)胞受體直接結(jié)合。五聚體可用于檢測和分離僅占淋巴細(xì)胞0.02% 的稀少抗原特異性CD8+T 細(xì)胞群。五聚體還適用于詳細(xì)的表位表征和其他免疫監(jiān)測。
